Stinkingcervical Mucus

Displaying leads me to believe I'm in a race to 10000 and not doing Ultras.
far as I can get. So where will the limit for this to be more than the others.
This comes about through this trial that this year is the first time that has taken place and as you can see is that of MONT BLANC
something behind.
I leave with her.

The first edition of this race took place from 12 to 19 September

El Valle d'Aosta is preparing to host one of the most important trail endurance of the year : The Tor des Géants. From 12 to 19 September, the Italian Alps will host one of the most anticipated race by lovers of extreme sports.

technical features offered by the Tor des Géants make it a must for all lovers of risk: 330 km route, alpine trails from 300 to 3,300 meters of altitude of 24,000 meters positive slope, 7 and 43 basis points off of avituallami ent. An impressive tour

This great sporting event runs all Valle d'Aosta region, which leads across 34 municipalities, 30 alpine lakes and two national parks, Gran Paradiso National Park and Natural Park Mont Avic- all at the foot of the impressive summits of the Alps: Mont Blanc, the Matterhorn, Monte Rosa and Gran Paradiso.

This first edition of Tor des Géants begins its journey in Courmayeur and ending in the same place with the awards ceremony on Sunday September 19, 2010.

Although that will be developed over five days, the maximum time to complete the test is 150 hours.
This race is aimed at experienced and having run other long trails, although there are no specific limitations to carry it out. In fact, to do the test is necessary to have a medical certificate to ensure sporting skills.

YOU MORE AND SPORTS NUTRITION: BRANCHED CHAIN \u200b\u200bAMINO ACIDS FOR INCREASING THE PERFORMANCE.

stimulate protein synthesis and decrease muscle fatigue during prolonged exercise

athletes rely on different types of nutritional supplements to compensate for limitations in your state genetic hormonal and muscular development, with the ultimate aim of increasing performance. This is why the widespread use, among other supplements, protein concentrates or amino acids (building blocks of proteins) specific amino acids known as branched.

The physical work capacity of the human body has its greatest exponent in active movement, which is necessary for muscle contraction. For this to happen, we need an adequate and continuous supply of energy to the active muscle fibers, as long as necessary. The main energy substrates used by the body during exercise are carbohydrate and fat. The first is the main energy source during exercise of higher intensity and shorter duration (explosive sports), while fats are for the years of low intensity and long duration (endurance sports).

Protein for muscle

In special circumstances, two separate low availability of nutrients, the body uses other energy substrates such as lactate and certain amino acids (BCAAs or BCAA, and glutamine). Under normal conditions, amino acids contribute little to total energy expenditure and that, in principle, their functions are different. But you can force the body to oxidize them for energy, as an emergency solution, but should avoid reaching this point.

After intense and prolonged aerobic exercise or strength training, lower levels BCAAs This brings a substantial reduction of amino acids in muscle, resulting in increased muscle recovery time and a decrease in the athlete's performance to meet the next workout or competition. If not corrected in time this situation, through diet or a timely contribution of branched amino acids could lower the power, physical strength and resistance to a sustained effort. In the long-term aerobic sports (cycling, marathon ...) or high intensity on one or more specific muscles (strength training with weights), the muscle glycogen stores suffer a major decrease and even completely consumed. In these situations, when the body begins to use an important muscle proteins themselves, in particular branched-chain amino acids, into energy.

central fatigue hypothesis

With the use of branched amino acids are intended to increase muscle mass, speed recovery and prevent muscle fatigue. This hypothesis, as described by the authors of the book "Nutrition in sport. Ergogenic aids and doping, suggests that increased brain levels of serotonin (Neurotransmitter) may alter the central nervous system function and lead to the development of fatigue. This is in response to a decrease in plasma branched chain amino acids, along with greater availability of tryptophan, precursor of serotonin. But how this circumstance?

After intense and prolonged aerobic exercise over time, such as cycling, marathon, duathlon, triathlon, etc., Or strength training with weights, the body detects low levels of branched amino acids in the blood. These are three: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Moreover, increased levels of free fatty acids, which displace tryptophan binding to albumin (in normal conditions, this amino acid is transported through the blood bound to this protein), so increases the plasma concentration of free tryptophan.

By detecting the brain, he ordered the segregation of the neurotransmitter serotonin from tryptophan. It is known that serotonin, among other effects, induces sleep, decreases nervous excitability and suppress appetite. This imbalance between free tryptophan and BCAA can be a cause of acute fatigue both physiologically and psychologically and, consequently, decreases physical performance.

From this knowledge, it was hypothesized that a BCAA supplement may prevent low plasma of these amino acids, stabilize the ratio of free tryptophan / BCAA, limiting the rise in levels of serotonin in the brain, and improve fatigue to improve physiological and psychological responses of athletes during prolonged aerobic exercise. These effects have been proven effectively in experimental animals, although clinical trials in athletes are less conclusive results.

addition, at very high doses, branched amino acids can increase ammonia levels and produce toxic effects. Of course, there is evidence that the extra intake of carbohydrate reduces the mobilization of fatty acids that compete with tryptophan to bind to albumin and thereby reduces the fatigue of central origin.

three essential amino acids

branched amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine, have important physiological functions. Are basic elements to generate the muscle protein synthesis and its presence decreases its degradation after exercise. During this, can act as energy substrates necessary for muscle contraction and, if prolonged in intensity and in time, reduce fatigue through indirect effects on the central nervous system. Also partially stimulate the production of insulin, which helps transport glucose and amino acids inside the cells.

POWER AFTER A SPORTS COMPETITION

After a hard workout or competition, a proper diet retrieves the spent muscle glycogen during exercise.

Given the importance of carbohydrates during prolonged exercise, it is essential the resynthesis of muscle glycogen after a workout or competition in order to maintain optimal performance in subsequent training sessions or competitions in quick succession . However, the speed with which the muscle can recover its glycogen stores will be closely related to dietary factors as follows:

The time between completion of exercise and start on the consumption of carbohydrates carbon type selected carbohydrates and the amount ingested • •

general diet we recommend:

* Take a sample of food and fluids at the end of the test, in the first 15 minutes, because in that space of time, the body assimilates more quickly ingested nutrients, especially glucose (simple carbohydrate, fast absorption). This decision should provide between 0.7 to 1.0 g carbohydrate per kg weight of the athlete. For example: - 500 mL of isotonic drink, 2 snack bars of 35 grams or 1 banana - 300 mL orange juice, 300 g of fruit compote and 40 g of cookies (about 7 type boiler) or - 250 g of rice milk and 2 bananas * After every 2 hours, taking images that contain approximately 50 grams of carbohydrates. It should have lunch or dinner, depending on what time you have finished the competition, using diets similar to those used in the pre-competition diet. It must assess the branch chain amino acids supplements (leucine, isoleucine and valine), tryptophan, glutamine, arginine and ornithine, as they can intervene positively in muscle recovery, especially in many sports wear (marathon, triathlon, cycling, etc. )

Milk Debate Questions

SPORTS MEDIA FOR RECOVERY

Training is important, recovery is essential. It is unquestionable that to achieve a performance improvement, we must make changes and adaptations to training. However, to be effi cient be taken into account: The measures favorable for recovery.

In fact, the training did not produce any improvement in fitness, rather the contrary, decreases. It is therefore necessary to give the body a chance to complete the process following a series of procedures that will optimize.

Failure to do so, the athlete will enter into functional deficits even without being aware of it, its capacity will be progressively reduced performance. If your attitude is good, continue to make every effort, but on a smaller and smaller. Media

therapeutic recovery

The body experiences fatigue at different levels depending on the type of effort, intensity, duration, density of labor, environmental conditions, nutrient supply and mindset effort . But overall we can talk about:

1 Fatigue metabolic substance is the loss of energy substrates, mainly glycogen, and fluid, which must be replaced immediately after completion of the effort by eating foods rich in carbohydrates and water, which can add some prepared to provide sugars and minerals.

psychological fatigue 2

not only training or competition may affect the athlete's emotional state, also the family, social work and may do so. The pressure for results in a hostile environment, can cause serious imbalances in any way help to achieve positive results. A good coach should try to protect the athlete from any disturbing factor that can undermine their confi dence, self-esteem or motivation.

3
nervous fatigue
subject is the result of neuro-muscular system to maximum physical requirements with an added component of a technical nature that requires maximum concentration and constant decision-making in difficult situations. To recover from this fatigue, it is necessary to rest. Sleep is as important, but we must learn to relax and have the means to do so as effective as hydrotherapy, massage, sauna, Turkish bath and relaxation techniques. These procedures can be applied immediately after exercise and throughout the following day.

4 Fatigue musculoskeletal

Most sports
impose a heavy workload the muscles and joints, especially repetitive or cyclical in nature and that require strength and power. This type of activity not only decrease energy stores, also causes damage to the structural level. Consequently, we must adopt measures to promote tissue regeneration and subsequent strengthening.

A diet high in carbohydrates and proteins, is essential, as supplemented by supplements health-promoting food joint. We can also help with the completion of gentle stretching, sports massage creams discharge based on hyaluronic acid and mucopolysaccharides, contrast baths and low-intensity physical activity that help to activate the metabolic resources available to the body to recover.

has been scientifically proven that all these situations of fatigue caused by physical exertion or stress, causing a decreased level of lymphocytes, which brings us a drop of defenses, making us more vulnerable to viral and bacterial infections (colds, fever, gastroenteritis ...). On the other hand, this also causes our body to recover more expensive and late.

How To Convert Into (w/v)

marathon is not crowded in the world. It is not the fastest or the oldest, is not even economically the most greedy. However, New York remains the quintessential symbolic marathon, colorful, appealing and coveted in the world. 127 athletes participated in 1970 and ended 55. Forty years later, the organization has received over 100,000 applications and have hardly been involved 42,000. An experience not to be missed. Is it because in the Big Apple dreams cook unique. Halloween and surf, shopping. Brooklyn, Harlem, Bronx, Times Square ... The combination of tourism and sport seems a perfect plan. Everything is possible in New York. And if the visit is made .... Running.

Verrazano Bridge Km 0

anthem sounds American and New York, New York by Frank Sinatra. A shot reminds us of where we are to 50,000 athletes (there are at least 8,000 poachers, who are without dorsal) blocked with emotion. Many watery drawing a smile on his lips, for them, the best thing to happen in years will be stepping on the Verrazano Bridge that connects Brooklyn to Staten lsland this November morning. Passage through the crowd, its solid structure seems to shake every stride. The concrete will be sweatshirts and windbreakers the athletes have used for heating and in an act of solidarity give as a donation to charity for the needy. It's tradition. It's a relief.

The animation is deafening, with crowds and bands playing the iconic songs of Chariots of Fire and the original version Roky film. The hair stands on end, and not wet with dew governing the entrance to the port of New York.

is in these first steps when viewing land races. I've already completed it five times, and not difficult for me to motorists: the tide will have to travel multicolor Brooklyn, Queens ... The endless Queensboro Bridge, First Avenue that crosses all Manhattan up to the dreaded Bronx. Blank looks and surprised by what's going on either side of the road will travel more bearable. More bands, played by people of different ethnicities. One black, one white, a Jew, a whore, a transsexual, one murderer and a fascist rule. With either we can bump.

kilometers 5 FOURTH AVENUE
No get out of my surprise came into the 4 th AVENUE, The bridge that connects Brooklyn to Queens. I remember someone on the streets of Brooklyn celebrated personalities emerged: the myth of basketball and Michael Jordan, singer and actress Babra Streisand or the very mobster Al Capone. It is the ethnic neighborhood in New York. In fact, going through one of its streets I see people in robes. I wonder if they will be praying prayers to reach the finish line in Central Park.

kilometer 10 QUEENS PURE

5 kilometers of believers, as if they were not the thing, some kids of color rappers looking like a savvy move to fascinate while those Prowler in slippers and underwear. The larger and carries a big big cassette dimensions. The volume is soaring, while the decibels coming out are about to ruin your eardrums Pure Queens.

Queensboro Bridge KM 22

After the Ecuador of race and not realizing I come on the Queensboro Bridge. It's so amazing how endless. Its length, more than a mile up, it does unbearable. For more of a nuisance, the metal surface subjected to the feet of an ordeal to this point in the trot. A relief: to exit from the famous miracle of engineering. Rotates according to First Avenue, the body senses a rush to the crush of public sidewalks that continues to animate.

forces begin to decrease, but the view is still intact, just as enjoyable. Slows down and catch a refreshment in a glass of sports drink. At the roadside a child plugs, hose in hand, everyone who passes by. I could swear that every year is the same.

kilometer 32 RESPECT IN THE BRONX

vertical cross First Avenue around Manhattan, to the Bronx. That respect. Only the day of the marathon you can enter without fear. I will be running for a mile on such a dangerous district, with more danger than the Wall. Days ago I said the suspicion is part of the urban legends, but, just in case, they insist that I conform to the postal district. Despite the fatigue, in the Bronx trying to run a little more tápido. Some I am encouraged with a "Go, go, let's go." Drivers respect us, have recognized today that the shoes are imposed on the wheels. No cars more comfortable life. Consider also in New York.

kilometer 33 ALBUM "THE WALL"

The miles are doubled, the legs are swollen. I feel as if you moved two steel beams. The fatigue is reflected in the faces of the athletes. Mixed feelings: euphoria states happen to other depression and anxiety. My body calls for a truce that will not arrive until the bucolic Central Park. Jogging leads to suicide collective sports. I have hunger, thirst, ve4es laugh. Others sigh. Even I have wanted to mourn. Those who have traveled this test know why these miles are called the wall. New Yorkers are encouraged. Thanks again.

kilometer 34 FIFTH AVENUE

On leaving the Bronx overlooking Fifth Avenue, the myth of six lanes. Before coming to stores nobles, those buildings where the tourists go shopping and leave part of their salary, we have passed the MOMA (Museum of Modern Art). After more than two hours running and suffering, I think I'm as sharp as to retrieve the desire to enter the museum tomorrow to see the last exposure. I'm close. Only seven kilometers remaining rompepiernas me to overcome the finish line in Central Park.

CENTRAL PARK 42.195 KILOMETER

The park is full of beauty in autumn. Children skating, birds, squirrels scurry scary tree to tree trying to wriggle out of the bad boys. Crowd walking, running and bike rides around the lake where one day the film starred Dustin Hoffman Manhattan Man Are meters of ecstasy, glory. Hands to heaven, stare, smile on your face. Gestures of happiness that counter full of different emotions sobs. A medal around his neck, a congratulations, a "congratulations" a "Good race" (good race) announced that the marathon has ended happily.

KILOMETER 43 ... NEW YORK MI

But that's not the New York experience: with a monumental laces, the medal over her shoulders and the satisfaction of having completed execution, we have another marathon, enjoy the capital the world. Some doubt between returning to MOMA without running, flying by helicopter the outskirts of the Statue of Liberty or take the Metro to the site where one day they got the Twin Towers. How sad. From there, five minutes, is the Stock Exchange building on Wall Stretto, where money moves the world. To replace ground forces amburguesa eat a lady in Bonnije's Grill (2378 Fifth) or a sandwich Woody Allen in one of the Carnegie Deli. For others, those who can not or are his body, the choice is simple: to attend any of the classical theater on Broadway. The most daring challenge in contention and walk up the Empire State skating in Rockefeller Center and attend a basketball game of the New York Knicks. To retrieve the gels change of glucose and mineral salts by a bucket of popcorn and a soda from a size XXL planazo.
In New York, deceitful and enveloping everything is big. Even the beating. But the dream of many is also my dream.

Professional athletes, financial, young royals and celebrities, among those registered

New York again to wear their best clothes on 7 November to host a new edition, the forty-first, the world's most famous marathon. To the capital of skyscrapers moved a large representation of English athletes, of which 931 managed to finish the race, with mixed fortunes. Among the 45,000 participants, only a few professionals, went for the brand, while the vast majority enjoyed a challenge to have served as an excuse to spend a weekend in the Big Apple. Among the former, Fabián Roncero (51 º) and veteran Martin Fiz (81 º), which occupied a privileged position among the first hundred but ahead of them stood three other English athletes: Miguel Beltran (25 º), Francisco Román (31 º) and Francisco Javier Rodríguez (49 º). The first English woman was María Dolores Jiménez, ranked 75.

The best of the English, Miguel Méndez Beltrán is an amateur racer born in San Juan del Puerto (Huelva). At 32 years old participated for the second time in the legendary American test, and almost without realizing it, became the first English and third European to cross the finish line of the New York test. Beltran, who came only with the intention of lowering his personal best, he managed with a time of 2.26:29.

But the New York Marathon is also a must for executives and celebrities. This time, the lawyer and triathlete Javier García Enterría, a partner at law firm Clifford Chance Mercantile, made a mark of 2:57. Two minutes later, and also lowering the barrier of three hours, ended July Babecki, CEO of L Capital. Juan Antonio Samaranch junior, and financial Olympian, did not four hours.

A brand agreeing to take Carmen Martínez Bordiú son, Alfonso de Borbon, who scored a creditable 3:30 mark. He also visited the New York quoted another athlete with real names, Bruno Gomez-Acebo, nephew of the King of Spain, who finished with a record of 3:44, a time even better than the King's son, Inaki Urdangarin, who used ten minutes.

TV presenter Anne Igartiburu successfully completed the 42 kilometers of the track in just over five hours longer than the other English participant connected to the world of fashion, Mary Fitz-James, public relations Vogue.

English
aside, other attractions were the presence of the great champion athlete Ethiopian Haile Gebrselassie, who made his debut in the race and had to leave injured. At the conclusion of the event, "Gebre" announced his retirement, but fortunately continue to London 2012. Gebrselassie was also next to Edison Peña, one of the Chilean miners entombed for 69 days.

ASI DICE LA LETRA: (more or less)
LONELINESS OF LONG DISTANCE RUNNER

The hardness of the track

with the wind and rain pounding on your back
Your heart is pounding
and continues getting stronger and continues
much
until the sound is ringing in your head

with every step and every breath you take
determination that your career does not stop
You have to win, you have to run to fall
Keeping pace, holding the race
Your mind will clear
're halfway
But the miles they never seem to end
As if it were a dream coming anywhere

seems so vain Chorus:

Keep running keep running
The loneliness of the long distance runner
I have to keep running the course I have to keep
running and win at any cost
I have to go on, be strong
I have to be resolved and strive
Run over fences, through fields
Turn to see who is on your heels

Far field is approaching the goal
but want the glory that entails

You reach the final stretch Ideals are just a trace like to throw the race

It's all so vain Chorus:
Keep running
still running
the loneliness of the long distance runner

THE LONELINESS OF THE LONG DISTANCE RUNNER

The tough of the track
With the wind
And the rain that's beating down on Your back
Your heart's beating loud
And goes on getting louder And goes on
even more 'til the sound
is ringing in your head
With Every step you tread
And every breath you take
Determination makes you run never stop
Got to win got to run `til you drop
Keep the pace hold the race
Your mind is getting clearer
You’re over half way there
But the miles they never seem to end
As if you’re in a dream
Not getting anywhere
It seems so futile
Chorus:
Run on and on
Run on and on
The loneliness of the long distance runner
I’ve got to keep running the course
I’ve got to keep running and win at all costs
I’ve got to keep going, be strong
Must be so determined and push myself on
Run over stiles across fields
Turn to look at who’s on your heels
Way ahead of the field
The line is getting Nearer But do
You want the glory That goes
You Reach the final stretch
Ideals Are just a trace
You feel like throwing the race
It's all so futile
Chorus:
Run on Run on and on and on

What To Apply To Hemroids

HISTORY OF THE 24 HOURS

The first man to cover 160 miles in 24 hours as an athletic feat, was probably John Hague from Britain in 1762, and 1790, Foster Powell of Great Britain scored a total of 180kms.

It was not until the race six days when you discover the potential of human beings to run an X distance in 24 hours. George Hazael
ran 214 kms on the first day 1879, a mark that was surpassed by Charles Rowell 235 kms and 241 kms later in early 1880.
These marks were of course the first six days of competition.
In the race, Rowell was deliberately stopped to rest, but was supposed to be able to do much more and it is speculated that could have reached 256 or 258 km.
's record in 24 hours Rowell's lasted 50 years until in 1934, Arthur Newton Indoor organized a 24 hours in Hamilton, Ontario, which exceeded Rowell with 245 miles.
took another 20 years to break the record of Newton.
South Africa's Wally Hayward was encouraged to try the career of twenty-four hours in 1953, and although he had predicted it would cover 273 km in advance, a physical problem let him add only 256 kms.
For the next twenty years, the brand remained a curiosity Hayward athletic.
In 1973, 24 hours revived the careers that took place in Italy, South Africa and Britain. In Britain, Ron Bentley brand pulled from Hayward.
The final distance was 259 miles.
The next record holder was the Frenchman Jean Boussiquet, which totaled 261 and 264 kilometers in 1980.
In 1981, Boussiquet set a new world record with 272 km runs. Dave Dowdle
Britain, was the one who broke the following year with 274,480 kms.
This is the story of 24 hours with uneven progress.
Prior to 1934, the 24 hour event had not been subjected to any competitive pressure, with the exception of which was generated as a byproduct of the 6 day race.
Riki Abad, the English Carnac
After 1934, the record was in limbo for twenty years, then came the great unknown that is encouraged, and thereafter is ignored again for another twenty years.
Since 1973, however, the event has gradually gained in popularity level.
But until 1980 it has been taken as an international event. Is that until then had improved only 16 km in 100 years, a 6% improvement.
Until we reach the 90 with Yiannis Kouros to the head and 303.506 km, a record that may be unattainable to overcome.

WHY ATHLETES dope? A SUPER

This is an article that is the foundation Miguel Indurain is a page dedicated to these issues among others.

why athletes dope?

athletes are doped for three main reasons: 1) the characteristics of the drug, 2) the characteristics of sport and, 3) the ambient pressure surrounding the sport.

What type of drug helps the athlete is dope?

The drug that improves or is supposed to improve the sports brand and that can be obtained easily without risk of being persecuted by police. If, moreover, the drug creates physical or psychological dependence, the athlete will need to use compulsory for a long time but want to quit.

What kind of person is more likely to get high?

who is not satisfied with his progress, will have a dependence on medication, have anxiety or are stressed to win, believes that competitors use other drugs, has no ethical problems for cheating, believes he they will get, is strongly influenced by their environment, has little confidence in itself their educational level is low, late teens or adolescent mentality, is devoted exclusively to the sport or, conversely, has excessive dedications also sports, lives in isolation in high performance centers, and unnecessarily often used drugs, take another type drugs, does not know the harmful effects of drugs on health, does not know the principles underlying the proper training, has poor hygiene of life (sleeps little, eats poorly) and is not prepared for failure sports.
What kind of environment fosters the athlete using drugs?

When your friends use them, There is a culture favorable to its use, the athlete feels pressure from the club, coaches, parents, public, sponsors, media or politicians to win at any cost, the economic prize for winning is very high, we seek fame or prestige any price, where doped athletes succeed socially, you have a brand unrealistic expectations, or have a patriotic pride exaggerated. Even when the criteria for giving scholarships to athletes are becoming more demanding and only takes into account the outcome, regardless of the way is achieved when the environment is overly medicalized sports, and when the number of events or the desire by train son excesivos.

Finally, some athletes use anabolic steroids that are produced for veterinary use.

Who is responsible for the fight against doping?

All who are related in one way or another sport, but more especially public institutions, national and international leaders of National and International Federations, coaches, doctors and medical personnel, athletes, and parents.
